We want to ensure a smooth experience for everyone, so please take note of the following important policies: * Appointment Changes: All appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be done online at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. * Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * Late Arrival: Clients are kindly requested to be punctual. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be applied. * Late Arrival and Unserviceable: If you're running more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your appointment, a 50% late fee will be charged. * No-Shows: No-shows, without prior communication (no call, no text, no email), will result in the full amount being charged for the selected service. No exceptions will be made. * Communication is Key: Please communicate any concerns or problems that may prevent you from attending your appointment. Your feedback is important to us.
